Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Returned in-store or postmarked by mail within 10 days

  • In original condition with tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns.

Sale or Discounted Merchandise 

Items that are final sale

  • Jewelry, Swimwear & Bodysuits

  • Purchased during a promotional discount of 25% or higher (e.g. flash sales, Black Friday, holiday promotions)

  • Sale Tab 

Note: First-time customer orders using the 10% new customer discount can be returned only if the item is regular priced 

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.If an item is returned back that doesn't meet the requirements, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shop717online@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
