Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned in store or postmarked by mail within 10 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to handle return shipping cost- we do not offer free returns.
The following rules apply:
- Returned merchandise should be in original condition with tags attached
- Jewelry, swimwear & bodysuits are FINAL SALE

Sale or Discounted Merchandise
Sale merchandise includes items in the sale tab & items purchased in a promotional sale with a discount value of 25% or higher [ex. flash sales, holiday sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales]
Items purchased by first-time customers using the 10% new customer discount are eligible for return only if the items purchased were regular priced items (sale items are still final sale)
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.If an item is returned back that doesn't meet the requirements, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing your return. Exchanges will be processed once we have received the original item(s) back.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shop717online@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
